Pros
Working here is a great for those who like fast paced environments. It is also great way to become skilled in a variety of healthcare (e.g. Work comp, Tricare, Medicare). Working as an operations staff gives you the chance to really delve into how healthcare works, you will gain experience in most fields employers look for. High chances of moving up in the company internally. Most of the patients are amazing people, many of whom are often the highlight of the work day.
Cons
After being here for two years, I have seen my clinic's staff change entirely save for 2 employees. The environment is fast paced, and for those who aren't used to that it can be challenging. Upper management can be extremely difficult to work with. Most of the people above your COD (center operations director) do not put in much effort to make changes happen, and if they do it happens slowly. The pay is better then some places but for the most part it is not equal to the work you will do.
