Pros
Working with people who have a genuine caring spirit for the patients.
Cons
Policies/processes very vague when/if you're ever able to find them. Training was a 4-day process of completing LMS modules, then you're thrown into the fire. Professional Development was referring to dated, irrelevant LMS modules. "Not in the budget" for Managers to attend professional seminars to develop their skills. The poor culture is representative of this. Frequent system outages during high volume periods. IT is located off-site at the headquarters, so consulting them for assistance means calling an 800#, wait in a queue for 15 minutes, then another 30 minutes as they remote in to your computer. If they find they need to come onsite, be prepared to wait weeks at a time before anyone shows up.
