      You get many opportunities to learn something new and get great work experience as well as the chance to work with amazing people.

      Cons

      One job title can have several responsibilities that can cause issues like stress or feeling run down and can have a ripple effect on the rest of your tasks.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
