      Pros

      Ability to move throughout the company, training, annual pay increase, I really feel like I am part of a team.

      Cons

      Some of the centers are not all ran the same, which is sad because its part of Concentra's goal. Loved our insurance better under Humana.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
