For a specialist position, the salary would be right on. However, were proposal managers in ever sense of the title - so the pay was a little off. Getting cross-functional teams to follow processes was difficult - however they are working on repairing those broken links.

The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions.
The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).
Cons
No paid holidays.
The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past.
If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
