      great pay, work-life balance and benefits for thise that work hard. changes

      Cons

      company was going through a Merger with Select Medical and made for several lay-off not uncommon given the state of the M&A.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
