      Great Training Great Opportunity Great Ethical Culture Employee's are valued Physician's are easy to work with Outside company activities and incentives

      Cons

      Out of the two years I was working for Concentra, I did not experience any downsides. At my location there was a huge turn-over in management after my manager left.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
