      Doctors really do look out for the best interest of the patient instead of insurance companies or employes

      Cons

      To many leaders not enough workers way to much uneccisary paperwork and policies that make it harder than it needs to be

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
