      Pros

      Easy work, if you ever need help there are more than enough people

      Cons

      Bad management, management playing favorites, changing how one group does things (don't fix what's not broken). Raises shouldn't be group based.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
