      Pros

      Great atmosphere! They are willing to train anyone at any level to be successful. If you work hard and want to move up, there are lots of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      The IT is behind where it should be, it is moving in the right direction now that Select has purchased the company but its at a snails pace.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
