      Pros

      The week long training with Rick & Vince was absolutely fabulous & well worth my time. I wasn't certain they'd id be able to stay focused for 40+ hours in a training environment. These gentlemen made the training not only engaging but interactive & exciting. I highly recommend the week long training with Rick!

      Cons

      Compensation plan was changed to make it more challenging to earn decent commissions.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
