      Pros

      The company is small and growing at a fast pace. Family atmosphere with great core values.

      Cons

      The company is growing faster than they can handle. They let a core group of managers go with out hesitation and called is "Restructuring". Poor decision, but no hard feelings.

      There are no positives in my experience.

      Cons

      They advertised by email concealed carry certification, charged $200, then sent a note that there are no qualification sites in my area. Crooks.
