Pros
Work is easy to do and the pay is good specially because of overtime pay. The product is of high quality. A lot of good and nice people, as long as you don't discuss work.
Cons
They want to remain in 1960s. Office attire even if you are completely hidden from sight. No windows in most working invironment. Too many Supervisors and most of them do not know how the positions they supervise work. Somewhat racist. Too many older people that are very arrogant and not open to suggestions, (which would explain why their sales have gone down for the past few years). They believe that by hiring high positions and firing workers they will improve efficiency. Not ready for a change even though the majority of their staff is soon to reach retirement with no one to fill in the spots because new workers don't last, a good work environment and culture is almost non existent.
