Pros
Conbraco is full of people who are friendly and easy to work with. For the most part, the stress level is low. Exposure to a variety of manufacturing processes is better than most companies due to Conbraco's vertically integrated manufacturing. Job security is fairly high.
Cons
Conbraco is still very old school in terms of management style. Hard work is almost never rewarded, instead promotions are almost solely based on years of service. The pay is ok, but definitely behind most Charlotte companies.
