Pros
In my many years with Conbraco, I've learned the difference between Saying you care for your employee's and actually doing it. I've learned that giving your dedication and your well being only means something to you and not to expect corporate America to care. But they give you a hot dog once a year.
Cons
When I started working for conbraco it was THE place to work. Everyone wanted a job there. Good benefits , profit sharing, good raises every year. Now the benefits suck the insurance is a joke, they have taken back the majority of the profit sharing we had already occurred. And as an employee you mean nothing.Your just a number. So dont expect anything more . And a $.10 raise is a big deal to them.And they are proud of it!!!!
