Pros
Work environment is the most supportive I've ever experienced, management is invested in employees' well-being and growth. Staff have each other's backs and care deeply about their clients and their work. Employees feel free to speak their minds; management listens to concerns and while they may not be able to fix everything, they don't sugar-coat the situation with false promises or try to shut it down, tone-police, or spin things. On top of that, they offer generous time-off even to new employees, a full-hour PAID lunch break, and good healthcare & retirement benefits.
Cons
High-needs clients can be challenging, even for experienced clinicians.
