Very Unprofessional Work Environment - Inside Sales Representative ConXpros Employee Review

This review of our company is quite shocking and difficult to believe came from anyone that has actually worked with conXpros since our inception. If this is genuinely how you feel about your experience working here at conXpros, I am truly sorry. I find it interesting that the review talks about the environment being negative or "toxic", when everything we do here is focused around supporting each individual, offering positive motivation and incentives, and coaching to help everyone improve their results. During the interview process, we are crystal clear that the approach we take to our sales is a one call close and that we expect that those joining our team understand and want to be part of what we are doing. I truly question if this review was written by a real former employee of conXpros based on the completely contradictory information written to what reality is like in our company. In fact, any people that we have parted ways with have been on mutually respectful and caring terms, which furthers the thought that this is a completely bogus review of our company.
