Pros

As a multi tenanted call centre you learn about more services rendered by different service providers and fmcgs.

Cons

There is lack of administrative decipline. Ideas and self expression are querried and hence killing self confidence in employees. Individual efforts are always subject to scrutiny.

Good to start a Customer service career.

Cons

*Deduction for headset. *No provision of food within the premises and the DND time is monitored closely during lunch when employee needs to go out and get food themselves.
