Pros

Here All Staff are good except (Hr).here is good senior employee in Software Development Department. Senior person are very Supportive if you are stuck in any work especialy CTO of the company(Mr. Sandeep Dhankar Sir).

Cons

Salary doesn't come on time.If you are asking about the salary to Hr .Then she will try to convience the employee Now They can take only daily expenditure not full sallary.I Have face this situation on several time during my short span of work(4 Months).During the employement of 4 months Salary are the mazor issue in this company.1 month Salary will always hold.If you leave the company they will not provide salry of current month.

Dear Ex-comvision employee,You were a non-performing manager and our contracts came to cancellation because of you. The client asked us to remove you from the project. You were asked to leave with full & final payment to you. Please don't put your incompetencies on HR.Start performing,companies will retain you only then.
