      The hiring process and interview was easy.

      It's different if you are white american native language, they treat you completely differently. There are outrageous colleagues that might question your ethnicity and nationality.

      Comfortable work environment. The team is small enough that you will get to know everyone in the office. Multiple annual bonding events for employees.
