Incredibly disappointing in my almost 20 years of technical experience. Some of the worst situations include experiencing a senior manager yelling at a vendor when he didn't like their response to his question. This is an unacceptable way to talk to anyone even if you are paying them for their services especially when they're answering your question appropriately! DB. They also had layoffs and after reading in other reviews that they hire and fire, I can confirm this is accurate. Other situations that are bad, but not quite as bad. Their security is compliance driven, they are quick to offshore most technical services (India, what a surprise), they rip out enterprise solutions for open source, for such a small company it is very difficult to navigate documentation or get answers from anyone, communication and collaboration between teams is terrible (although intra team is almost as bad), most people (including managers - see above) seem miserable, angry, and overworked.
