Pros

The people. There are some bright and sincere people left despite the issues caused by management.

Cons

Management, particularly the child CEO. Management seems too busy running around cleaning up after the CEO to actually have time to guide and lead. People are stressed out, being overworked, given pointless deadlines whilst HR dreams up the next pointless distraction that assumes you are a baby with no life experience so need to be shown how to think and behave. If you want a front row seat on how to treat your staff like idiots this place is for you.
