      Pros

      The environment is friendly, helpful and people will help one another which I haven’t seen for quite some time. it felt refreshing when I first began my job.

      Cons

      The only con for me was (still is) the commute. Aside from it being unpredictable there are some days it takes me well over 2hrs of driving.
