Pros
Opportunity to learn is immense at CW. With a great customer base, engagements with each of them enhances the experience and learning. In addition to this, support from the company for trainings and certifications also helps. A lot of trust is placed on me as I am given the opportunity to work on several projects which motivates me to do my best. I also value the fun and friendly work environment that the company creates. I enjoy working with colleagues who are experienced and supportive at the same time. The empathy and understanding that the management show me when I face a personal crisis is also commendable. They are always supportive which makes me feel respected and cared for, and it also reduces my stress and anxiety.
Cons
Probably some team building exercises that can help improve the bond between the same team members as well as other teams. Also, utilize collaboration tools already available like Yammer, Teams etc. to encourage teams to share their ideas, feedback in a more informal way.
