Cons
1) Very Frustrating Environment 2) They keep your passport at the time of induction and then they start humiliating you 3) Since there is always a resource crunch in the company, you have to visit multiple clients in a day - just like a horse but doing donkey work. Conclusion you will become a dog 4) This company is not at all professional 5) Computer World was a Hardware Shop and gradually they started the services as well. But the behavior and mentality is just the same 6) Lack of sensible top-management. 7) They exploit their resources 8) No flexibility in working hours. Even if you work till midnight, you have report back to office at 7.30 AM sharp else it will be called as half day 9) You are not liable to take any casual leaves at all 10) You can take sick leave but will have to produce a medical certificate 11) You loose your technical proficiency 12) Even if there is an emergency back home, you won't get your passport without depositing the bond amount 13) You are not allowed to do any casual talks in office 14) Line Managers take you for granted. Misbehavior is very common Overall, its a very frustrating environment to work in. I won't recommend to join this company at all.
