CTG claims to provide solutions to almost everything but is essentially a staffing company that has to use third parties to deliver a significant amount of what they offer. In addition, they hire individuals to utilize their previous references and claim them as their own. Zero integrity as an employer or a vendor. Stay away unless you are a temporary contractor. Find other options if you are a prospective customer.
