In terms of the cons you listed, transparency is of the utmost importance to us. Our CEO, Filip Gydé, and the leadership team operate with an open door policy and practice open and transparent communication with their teams. In addition, you’ll be happy to hear that this past year we heightened our focus on opportunities for growth. We implemented a new Career Development Path document aimed at helping employees and managers outline career goals and the steps needed to achieve them. We are also focused on implementing new training pathways on CTG University that employees can use to explore and grow their skillsets. We also encourage employees to discuss career goals and desire for growth with their manager.
