Pros
Good Learning Opportunity for technology since only in experienced people will accept the offers. Free office meals on Fridays.
Cons
Micromanaged work environment, Small Family Business that only cares about family members. Ridiculous overtime\salary requirements. Claims to be proactive, but refused to leverage automation in order to drive hourly billing. Very poor security practices that jeopardize clients data and client's patients health records. Huge Turnover, and refuses to let people serve out 2 week notices. I know many of my coworkers were fired they day they gave notice. They then attempt to deny unemployment for workers that they fired. Bad mouthed former employees while they were searching for new work. Expensive health insurance. It would have cost over 500 dollars a month to insure my family. Punished for taking lunches, and required to work 45+ hours a week plus oncalls with no additional compensation. Bonuses for selling additional products never came even though promised.
