Pros
Some good people work there, but none of them are in management.
Cons
Harsh and unforgiving work environment. Negative and rude clients are coddled and engineers are scorned despite working hard and showing it via numbers. In the short time I worked here, we had at least five or six employees be fired or leave. They have a revolving door and it's no wonder why. If you work here, be prepared to have to document bathroom breaks. They encourage workers (unofficially) to skip lunches, show up early and work late. They are currently being sued for unpaid overtime (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri Case number 17-cv-00399). You will work an average of 45+ hours a week and be paid for 40 because you are "salary" (not legal). The management are the worst; you cannot do anything like a competent worker, instead you must run everything by them as they micromanage everyone. They are constantly changing their workflow (drastically to the point where it derails and stresses the entire staff), and if you disagree with anyone or anything they do, you are done for. I was promised opportunity for advancement but was instead setup to fail. They are very cliquey here, and there is blatant nepotism as another reviewer has mentioned. If you are not part of their family or clique they will be rude and cold to you. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this place.
