      Reachable Top Executives - Both Directors had their doors always open and I could walk up to them explain my situations and ask suggestions on how to tackle a situation Gave me enough challenges so that I was eager to work for them Trusted my capabilities and entrusted me with lot of work

      Pros

      Relatively decent pay, good people to work with. Supportive to their in-field IT contractors. Offered good opportunities for technology contractors just starting out in the business. If you're willing to work, there's room to get involved in fun stuff.

      Cons

      Difficult to go anywhere beyond the field IT contractor level. Very localized - expect to mainly be working with the local office and almost never with the national organization.
