      One of the most famous VAD worldwide, nice gym to develop skills and competencies.

      Cons

      My salary was extremely low, a lot below the average salary in Tuscany. This was one of the reasons why my quality of life deteriorated and one of the reason why employees may reach burnout.

      stable and huge company growing evry year in revenue

      they do not rely on people , you don't have the chance to grow a career and the salary is very bad
