They took a chance on in-experienced people
Cons
They didn't pay well, SR Leaders didn't take feedback well and made decisions that cost them business. Leadership was too young and immature. Leadership had cliques and when experienced management came on-board they would not stop micro-managing to allow them to implement changes.
