Pros

Flexible schedule (you can work those 80 hours at any time during the 7 day work week) Fully remote Workers revolt and escape often; so long as you have a computer and the internet, you will likely be hired

Cons

Dehumanizing experience You WILL question your sanity No one gives notice, so when one of your fellow workers escapes over the wall you will not know it happened and will possibly be penalized/blamed Upper management is prone to paranoid, aggressive behavior and temper tantrums (multi-page threatening emails, screaming staff meetings and voicemails are common) You will receive calls and emails at all hours with expectations of immediate response. Six-page, unpunctuated rant in your inbox at 3:55 on a Saturday night? You will get an angry, screaming call. At 4am. HR is a faux account monitored by upper management Upper management has access to and WILL read your email, respond on your behalf and otherwise sabotage your account Docking staffer pay by a dollar an hour per imagined, unverifiable mistake was common; people quit when they were docked down to minimum wage

Pros

This is a company where you are engaged for specific projects with large organizations, in my case technology, but many can be government ones. You need to be organized, focused and driven. If you can, it is easy to work here. As said, projects are specific in nature with defined scopes. When scopes move it is usually on the customer side.

Cons

As noted, if you tend to diverge, you will not succeed. You need to keep yourself on task. You are hired for specific projects, not full time, so work comes as projects require your skills. For some this is a plus (flexibility), for some it is not.

Pros

No pros, The only pro which I can think of is 100% remote work. Yes, The owner gives a flexibility to work only for 8 hrs, on Normal days it should be more than 11 hrs and cannot log those hours in time sheet.

Cons

Worst company ever in my entire career. No Work life balance. If you are sick it is not an excuse, you must work minimum of 8 hrs when you are sick. No Sick leave No holidays Always writes harsh emails. Any benefits you think of, Sorry you are not going to get those here. Salary, way to less and the the owner thinks that for the salary what she is giving it is required to work minimum of 70 hrs a week.
