Computek Software were looking for business development representatives at the time however the deal seemed undesirable. They said for the first month the position will be unpaid for training, expenses, etc. That just seems unheard of. First of all its not motivating and you're spending money out of your own pocket for this job. They promise you a lot but it never carries through. It was a shady business they played and unethical. If anything I learned what kind of company not to work for and look at ethics first.

Good experience with a start-up for someone looking for an entry level position/ launchpad for their careers.

Poor communication with management: did not disclose details of compensation of expenses and commissions on sales. Had to pay for everything myself (spent over $300 on gas, alone) - basically worked for free for a month before quitting. High turnover rate: I saw at least 5 employees get hired and subsequently quit in just one month.
