Good experience with a start-up for someone looking for an entry level position/ launchpad for their careers.

Poor communication with management: did not disclose details of compensation of expenses and commissions on sales. Had to pay for everything myself (spent over $300 on gas, alone) - basically worked for free for a month before quitting. High turnover rate: I saw at least 5 employees get hired and subsequently quit in just one month.

I learned all about a work environment I never want to be apart of

Everyone finger points and blamed one another. The whole office is disgusting and is never cleaned. They don’t even know the prices for their own products, so be careful. Very toxic culture and leadership that lack employee appreciation. .
