Everybody is helpful and motivated to get the job done. - No communication issues with other offices around the world (even if they are in different countries) - Interesting projects (if you're new to telecom, it might be a bit overwhelming at the beginning, but you quickly pick up with the help of everybody there) - Great pay if you are a high performer - 360 evaluation.
