1. Timely salary. Though not above market, it's extremely competitive to keep employees committed. 2. Culture is friendly and they treat their employees really well. 3. Team members and management are so nice and cooperative that I never had that feeling of a new guy when I became part of their family. 4. Employees look happy and satisfied with their job as I have found many of them working with the company for quite a long time like 4-10 years. 5. CEO and COOs are super cool. They give you respect, listen to your advice, and are there to solve any issues. 6. The best thing is that this uncertain situation seems to have no adverse effect on the company as they are continuously expanding. 7. Offers medical insurance, marriage leaves & Monthly bonus, free coffee & tea, excellent work life balance. 8. Allows you to participate in the hiring process, refer potential candidates and receive bonus if your referee gets hired. 9. Freedom to learn new technology and participate in new project.
