Request you guys not to join. -no job security - if you have 5.8lpa they would just provide 6lpa. Just few % of hike. - work politics is more you will hatrased mentally ( I was placed into AstraZeneca project) - DO NOT JOIN YOU GUYS, there are many better standards companies to join where you can built your career. - only if you are close to TL, manager only then the leave request, wfh requests are approved. Else it would go as esclations for HR. - any. Client feedbacks are taken as esclations pip and many more. - it is not physiological safe environment to work and grow your career. - appraisal would be just 2-3% hike no matter what your designation is. - no standards who are working in this company the pocs and the management. You will be demotivated if u join this company
