      Pros

      Staff, in general are reliable, trustworthy & hard-working. Not as bad as some companies in the sector. Stable in market, not likely to go under in near future.

      Cons

      HR policies leave a lot to be desired. Loyalty to the company isn't always reciprocated. Staff benefit package is only 'industry standard' & out of touch of current trends. Too much micro management from higher up the 'food chain'. Staff becoming more numbers than staff, working for the share-holders.

      Great location, great co workers, great leadership

      Cons

      Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

      Pros

      Pay and job title are crazy nice

      Cons

      This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
