      Pros

      Range of work / projects is fantastic. Finally the toolset /Governance framework to enable project managers has been put in place. Good focus on development providing you put the work in yourself and do not just pay it lipservice.

      Cons

      Do not encourage women trying to get back into work after maternity.

      Great location, great co workers, great leadership

      Cons

      Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

      Pay and job title are crazy nice

      Cons

      This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
