      The people and work environment at CC make it an enjoyable place to work. It's a constantly changing dynamic where it's clear (on most occassions) that the management are striving to improve how CC operates and delivers at every turn.

      Cons

      Sometimes the changes come thick and fast which can be overwhelming.

      Great location, great co workers, great leadership

      Cons

      Can be a bit too sales focused and forget that other departments are just as important. Lots of perks for sales that are not availbale to anyone else in the company

      Pros

      Pay and job title are crazy nice

      Cons

      This place is less data center more fulfillment center style. Walk in and are told to just copy that rack. No training. Then if you make a mistake they get mad even though nothing was explained.
