Not great benefits Low pay Hard to get raises though you clearly deserve it Hard to get in contract with company Never meeting them in person Hard to contact HR Rarely answer company phone Give false hope that you will be hired within 3-6 months. Then refuse to give you raise based off their false opinion that you’ll be hired soon.
