No flexible work hours. Your sitting is calculated and every tea break you take or every time you eve go to washroom is deducted from work hours. Salary is deducted based on the work hours. even if you are 1 min. short of 8 hours half day salary is deducted. No matter you complete your work and client is paying bill, if your are not found on your seat your manager will ask for explanation (saying people are watching you on CCTV from other branch). These laws does not apply on senior and older employees. they get exempted at the end of the month.
