Cons
Managers do not care about their direct reports, easily play favorites, get too bogged down in procedure. There is no path for growth unless you brown-nose. Pay is less than sufficient. The job can be fully remote and yet they insist on coming into the office. Don't work here—they'll just outsource your job to India.
