Dear Current Employee, Thank you very much for taking the time to provide feedback. I really appreciate it. I'm so happy to hear that you're happy in your job and you feel CSI is a great place to work. Our goal is that every employee feels the way you do. I want you to know the sales team and the management team do see the pressure that our marketplace puts on all team members. Every strategic move we make is to improve that very component of our work environment. As you you already know, we're releasing a new registration and analytics platform this year that is far more efficient than our current platform. We expect the work load of all team members to decrease upon full implementation. While this is happening we monitor all aspects of the working environment as closely as we can and we do whatever we can to make sure none of our team members have an unreasonable situation.
