Offer more benefits (which, if you're a contractor, pay for out of pocket) than most contract firms I've worked for. They offer pretty good communication.
Cons
They get a bit pedantic about paperwork. When I first initially reneged on a job offer the recruiter was downright nasty. When the client gave me a counter-offer, the recruiter was slightly less nasty.

Pros
Multiple positions at different companies when the market is in good shape. Pay is decent but risky as is with most consulting firms.
Cons
Account managers are of varying quality and sometimes your left on your own to find a job or discussion situations with the client.
