Pros
Most co-workers are friendly which helps deals with the ongoing stress of job. Great location with nearby shopping plaza and restaurants. The two 15 minute breaks very useful for downtime.
Cons
Mid-management is weak and allows upper management to control with fear. Upper management are clueless and don't understand the needs of the business as a whole by constantly flexing there muscles to reprimand everyone for the simplest error. Micro-managing is ongoing as no one seems to know what is needed. Management is unreliable because of constant mandatory meeting throughout the day...there meetings have meetings to arrange more meetings...a joke! No one knows or seems to care about doing their change successful...a practiced culture throughout the company statewide. Everyone wants to be the leader of the clan but lacks the knowledge and skill to do so. Good employees are treated unfairly and are expected to pull the weight of the poor performer without any recognition or incentive...advancement is limited and with the environment and constant complaints of customer dissatisfaction who would want to advance?? Productive employees are persuaded to stay without any additional incentives and no guarantee if they can advance within the company. Customer are not important and client retention is high every month as well as employee turnover. Seriously, company is not worth the headache...WARNING DO NOT JOIN!
