Actually the Medical insurance is very good when compared to what is offered in the market. It is a High Deductible plan, but is structured so the deductible is lower than most other employers. A Health Savings Account with shared funding by CompuNet is available. Additionally, the company has kept the premium for coverage less than most other employers. Like all medical insurance it cannot cover every issue 100%, there is a more than reasonable cost sharing in cases like that. Sometimes employees may not compare apples to apples because Healthcare can be confusing.
