Pros
If you really need a job take it. But don't stop searching for another job. This one isn't really all that great. The best team leader is in Pod 2. The other Pods are not all that good.
Cons
Pay. They recently raised pay to 12.50 an hour. But the people that been here 10+ years are only making a few dollars more than that. A new employee that's been here one year makes 14.50 and a person that's been here 10 years makes 16. You see the problem. Also vaction time is a No no. You have to plan months in advance. They work you so hard but don't give raises or bonus for all u do. Mileage reimbursement is terrible. People knows all your business. If you ever get in "trouble" the whole Pod will know about it. Don't think about advancing because there is no where to go.
