Pros
The benefits are decent and there is little required overtime.
Cons
Pay is mediocre at best, but by far the largest problem is a lack of leadership. There's plenty of "management" and "managers", but there is no leadership or inspiration from the top to the bottom of this company. The German managers are obsessed with metrics and the American managers are incompetent. The low level employees are entirely unprepared for a role in this industry and there is no real training program to help prepare them for their current positions and even if there were, there is virtually no incentive to excel because there is nowhere to go. Avoid this company at all costs unless you have no where else to go.
